Adapting to Diverse Science for Culture Development

These days, people view science as a culture because it has its own language, habits and values. If we were asked to use the different sciences and where we can use it, the simplest answer is EVERYTHING. From the air we breathe, to using the internet, science is present.

By applying the knowledge of biology, we can take better care of ourselves because we know what’s going on inside or bodies. If something’s wrong and we need medicine, we use biochemistry. Biochemistry is the study of the substances and reactions involved in life processes. It deals with the diseases and the medicine we need to take in to cure it. What about chemistry? Chemistry is always a part of our lives here on Earth. What we wear, what we eat- these things involve chemicals. These are matter. We can say that chemistry is present in everything that was produced and consumed. People may not be aware of it but without chemistry, we might still be using stones and stakes to make fire like cavemen.

The biggest and the easiest thing that comes to our minds whenever we think of what science has done to help us is the information technology (I.T.). During the old days, we write letters to communicate with others but the big problem is who would bring and deliver them. It takes days for the travelers to reach their destination and a few more days to return the answer to their masters. But now, we can communicate to anyone across the globe without getting up from our seat. Because of I.T., we can send e-mails and chat instantly. These processes are a lot faster than writing letters and it will only take a few seconds to send a message to anyone. We can also use the internet to explore the world because it is faster than reading a book and we can find the information we need in the shortest possible time.

Now, the big question is: DO WE USE SCIENCE PROPERLY? The answer is yes and no. It is a good thing that we are harnessing science to create a better and an easier world but we’re not using all our knowledge about science in a good way. I’m talking about the nuclear power bombs and other weapons. Instead of helping us create a better world, they are doing the opposite of helping. It damages nature but we can still prevent it from causing destruction if we use these things wisely. We should think first before we act and we should also consider the consequences of our actions. Science is a very helpful thing and we can’t ignore the evidences. So instead of using science for evil purposes, we should just develop it to have an amazing and an easy life.

In my own point of view, Adapting To Diverse Science Culture for Development is that we should be able to adapt and feel free to use the different ways of development in science because it leads to enhance our quality of living. And whatever development there is, is for the betterment, advancement, and for us to move into further that what has been usually done. There is then therefore a new way of doing things, and that new way is easier, healthier, and improvement has been based with the aid of science. For Diverse Science Culture refers to different ways in which the development came from, and yet whoever the person who made the development, whatever culture he/she has, as a whole if such development can be use by every other person not coming from the same way of life then that certain development was adapted and being used to do things better.
