Cheer Up People! Let's Fight Diseases!


What can make an individual healthy? Global Crisis affects the health of some people especially those who are poor. And some diseases are now growing and said to be very dangerous and the most popular and dangerous this most time is the AH1N1 virus. So, in order for us not to affect this disease and other lifestyle diseases, we should know what is good for our body and the ways for us to avoid this kind of diseases. The basic thing that we can do id to eat nutritious foods and we should need the proper nutrition for our body.

In this time and we Filipinos, we have many lifestyle that have been practiced already. Drinking alcohols, smoking, eating too much which caused obesity to some people, staying late at night time should be avoided. Eating foods with artificial flavorings, junk foods, and soft drinks should be minimized too in taking in.

We are an avid fan of eating this kind of foods, but there are ways on how we can make our body healthy. Eating a well- balanced diet should be observed by everyone. Eating the right hand should be observed also for proper nourishment. So, in order for us to be healthy and not to affect diseases, we should need proper nourishment.
